Hey, yesterday I was using my asus notebook and suddenly an electricity power-cut caused it to shut down.
I restarted and I was shocked by the fact that I couldn't get past the asus splash screen ( that instance when you can access bios, it is the first thing you see in your monitor when you turn on the PC )
it just keeps appearing, then the screen goes black, then the splash screen reappears again, then it goes black, and the windows does not even boot up, etc...
It stays like that forever unless I cut the power off.
I went to bios and restored all options to default ( since, I guess, is the only thing I can do, apart from updating it which I will never do ) it didn't work.
I checked boot options and fortunately my hard drive is detected, which elliminates the possibility that my hardware is causing the problem afaik,
Another detail is: that I can't access bootmanager, thus I can't open recovery options to fix the PC.
Good thing is that I have the windows installation ISO in the other PC but currenty I can't do anything given the fact that the other PC is in my house, more than 150 km far from where I am now, so I'd like to hear explanation and solutions before I try repairing the windows using an installation disk.
Please Reply FasT I Am literallY in nowhere and InterNet is limited if almost NoNexistent.
Thanks
