A little MTA:SA problem.

When i speed with my cars they get a bit hmm yeah well look at the picture below :]



How do i fix this? or is it just with MTA:SA? Single player and SA:MP works normally but MTA:SA gets "smudgy" cars :O

This is from the Driving skill.In SP,the more you drive,the more your driving skill increases and the more better handling and vision you got.On SAMP,all the skills (weapon,sprint,cycle and driving) are on max and on MTA:SA they are on min,thats why the problem is,and it cant be fixed
