To Governor Crouse,

I have a question for the pro-claimed Governor of the state. As per Section VI, Title II, Article 2C of the Constitution:

"(Re-)election of a Governor is conducted by an open ballot in which residents of those municipalities vote for candidates."

I was not aware of any open ballot elections being conducted. Does this mean you have usurped the seat of Governor from the people that being the highest elected position in the state without being elected by the people?

As a serving Mayor of Fort Carson I announced my plans to run for Governor of Bone County in a Town Hall meeting shortly after the outbreak of the Sandy Shores Flu. The position of Bone County governor has been vacant for years and I laid down my plans and goals for the future.

Per Constitution Section VI, Title II, Article 1:
"There shall be a system of state government in which the executive and/or legislative Branch may grant powers, duties, rights, responsibilities and functions to the Governor of the United States of Argonath."

Upon the announcement of my plans to run for office, I was approached by the Executive Branch of Government, who on their end appointed me as Governor of Bone County. I would also like to clarify that my current office is one of the Bone County Governor, not the entire State of San Andreas.

Should you perceive this as un-constitutional, please forward your concerns and questions to the appropriate members of the State Executive Branch.

Thank you for the swift reply Mr. Crouse,

As per the constitution the only position known as "The Governor" is that of the head of state as such I believe the creation of this unconstitutional "Governor" of a county is what drove this confusion. The constitutional quote you provided details that the Executive Branch or Legislative, may provide additional powers, duties rights and responsibilities to the Governor of the State. There is no such thing as a Governor restricted to a municipality or county.

Furthermore, that article of the constitution does not empower the executive with the ability to appoint an individual to an elective position. It only allows them to grant powers, duties, rights, responsibilities and functions as long as it's within the constitution and state laws of course.

The power to appoint the Governor lies only with the people and that is through an open ballot as I quoted above. Would it be possible to provide the details of the person which I should contact in the Executive Branch so that I may pursue this as you've suggested?

Bone County Constitution Party Mayoral Election Candidacy Announcement

With the coming Mayoral Election in Bone County, the BCCP would like to officially present Timothy Crouse's Candidacy for the position of Mayor in Bone County.

In order to provide further clarity to our candidacy, we would like to address any potential questions from the public and the press.

Who is Timothy Crouse?

Timothy Crouse was born in Fort Carson, Bone County. His career launched off as a lawyer in a small-time Las Venturas based firm, later becoming an official legal representative of Juank Air.
His resume includes other companies such as Carson Petrol, Octane Petroleum and Going Oils. Later in his career he was appointed Director of San Andreas Air Traffic Control.
As a founding member of the Bone County Constitution Party, facing the Sandy Shores Flu Epidemic Mr. Crouse was appointed Governor in 2020.

Why vote for Timothy Crouse?

As Deputy Director and later Director of ATC, Tim Crouse had restructured the Agency, recruited professional tower control officers as well as worked in close cooperation with the FBI.
Mr. Crouse was later appointed Governor of San Andreas in 2020 in the face of the Sandy Shores Flu epidemic, managing to maintain a quarantine and tight immigration control in Bone County.

His current campaign goals and goals are:
1. Review and reconciliation of the County Budget and funding.
2. Revision and clarification of the San Andreas Constitution and it's enforcement.
3. Maintaining the security and integrity of Bone County in the face of separatist and terrorist insurgencies.
4. Provide additional jobs and working places with funding from the County.
5. Ongoing open-door days in Town Hall which will ensure the County is governed in the best way for our citizens.
