Property management
All house commands were replaced by a central interface.


Limits for invites and storage for cash were also increased considerably.

Armored vehicles
Previously announced on Discord, some of the armored vehicles had their stats altered. They will receive more damage from weapons and collisions and deform more. Futher changes can take place if necessary

/Fixvehicle
Its now possible to /fixvehicle secondary and rented vehicles from outside.

Uniforms
Added the ability to save and store job uniforms


N.O.O.S.E
Added the requested NOOSE (SWAT) ranks and permissions

Trading
Added /wire for long distance transfers. Always consider using /trade instead when exchanging items

Others
/getin was enabled for boats,
/stoprent is disabled while the eviction process is active
