[SA:MP] Eligibility requirements for a free namechange

Hello!

As of late people seem to be confused when they may, or may not qualify for a free namechange. To avoid confusion check the list below if one of the situations apply's to you:

Situations where you will receive a free namechange:

You are leaving a group:
Robert_Gvardia wishes to leave his group, therefor he wants to remove the group tag. Robert qualifies for a free namechange to Robert to remove the tag. Any other names are not permitted.

You are a new player:
New players receive one free namechange, there are no requirements to this namechange as long as the new name abides by our rules.

You are leaving a clan:
[WS]Bob wants to leave his clan, he may receive a namechange to Bob and nothing else.

You passed your trial period:
Jason_GvardiaT passed his trial and may now remove the T from his last name. Jason will receive a free namechange to Jason_Gvardia.

Situations where you do not get a free namechange:

You wish to change your first name:
Bob_Casalesi wants to change his name to Richard_Casalesi, Bob will have to pay for the namechange.

You are leaving a group and want to change your whole name:
PatrickSforza wishes to leave the group and wants a namechange to Jason_Underwood, Patrick should pay for the namechange himself.
