( I initially posted this on the Discord Server, I'm just posting this here for better visibility for everyone. )
Saw the Project: Revival thing, and wanted to go ahead and put in my ideas.
1. Revert the whole Firefighter job back to what it was in RS4. If we're focused on player growth, the firefighter job was the most "New-player Friendly" job we had and seeing a minimum of 3 firemen was a common sight in the server even at low-player counts. Where it stands right now, at a New Player's perspective, FD Duty is VERY unappealing. Why? Having to sit idle in a fire station for around 20 to 30 minutes waiting for an alarm to go off gets boring fast for any newcomer. What I'm suggesting is reverting the whole thing back to the RS4-era script. Bring back /acceptmission and /hidemission for the firefighting script (see first screenshot) and possibly reduce the time between missions down to every 10 to 15 minutes. That way any firefighter occupied in a RP event can simply hide the mission and continue on with the RP instead of abruptly ending it.

2. Since Official Service Groups are getting reviewed, I've got a way we can possibly bring back the ARA. Make a Highway Maintenance job. Have the building be mapped into Ft. Carson into that large empty lot next to the train tracks and mechanic garage.

First of all, the street sweepers can easily be merged into said lot since it's technically part of highway maintenance. The job, would require players to go out and fix any road-related infrastructure in the map with a command such as /repairroad or something similar. Any infrastructure would be such as: A broken toll plaza/gate, broken traffic signals, downed street light, damaged guardrails, clogged storm drain, pothole patching, street sweeping, etc. Vehicles would include: Street Sweeper, Utility Truck, Flatbed or DFT-30, Cement Mixer, and possibly the Dozer. For job or "mission" layout, I suggest setting it to either random generation (like street sweeping). Or having jobs pop up every 2 - 4 minutes, letting players choose the job in a menu similar to the Pilot and Trucking job menu, and upon selection a map marker is placed on where the job is located at. Pay-wise, I suggest it should be at around $300 to $500 per job. Now I believe adding this would help generate more infrastructure-related roleplay and possibly having the ARA getting revived.
Now that's what I can come up with, I'd like to see what y'all think about it.
