I forgot my account name and password for my signin in-game

I tried to join the game using the new client but it keep giving me "this account doesn't exist" even though i am pretty sure i joined the server not long ago

But i think i might have forgotten the password and username if there is a way to contact the support it would help ^^;

What is not long ago? And you are sure this account is on CitizenIV Argo server?
