well yeah i have given up drinking alcohol(sober for 2 weeks now:D lol) but uhhhh yeah recently i have come to realize i have the SHITTEST stamina ever, me and my friend tried running for a bus and we sprinted for like 10 seconds and we couldn't run no more....i used to be able to run pretty good and was fast(well i guess I'm still fast but cant last long at all) so yeah any advice? iv started morning jogs soo....

age:15
height: uhhh last time i checked was around 5ft 8 maybe taller now?
weight: just checked now and I'm 8stone
i had asthma but its not to bad now....i can say my heart rate is like i dunno 1.5 per second? thats pretty fast i think:(

the kind of food i eat is like "potatoe chips" as americans call it and stuff like "fries" (chips here) uhhh just in general fatty stuff lol, i never gain weight my build is kind of like normal...i guess im skinny but yeah

ALSO I'm more of a sprinter than long distance....

Do not think that jogging in SA:MP will increase you stamina  ;)

Yeah try singleplayer.. SA:MP dont have that function

Really depends on your build some people are more like sprinters others like long distane runners.(if you arent self countious about it you can post your height weight it will help to asses your capabilities for some extent)

Now I myself am a long distance type and I run something like 12 k 3 times a week, but if you are really big /muscular this might prove to be to hard to train up to (never start with those distances you need to work up to it ) so ill give you some tips

  • Start with a warming up of about 800m (0.5 mi)
  • then strech your(leg) muscles(maybe you already know the exersizes from school /sports ill look for a link later)
  • then start running maybe somewhere you know the distance this helps you look how you cope with it. if you feel its to hard , walk until you feel you can start again
  • try to do a total of something like 3km (2 mi)

now if you have no problems with the 2 miles you can ofcourse go on , but DONT try to do to much to soon ..I made that mestake and i got a few nasty sports injuries which kept me inside for weeks.

After you do the starting distance for ABOUT 2 weeks you can start adding distance something like 1 k every two weeks (again it all depends on you it can be to much but also nothing for you) Its your body that determins, nobody can tell you exactly what works for you

one thing though GOOD SHOES ARE VERRY IMPORTANT , dont buy the cheapest , they dont give you the support you need (Asics are in my opinion the best brand ..most pro runners use them but and I ALSO had really good experience with them , trust me Nike SUCKS compared) I can go on for hours but it depends on you a lot

maybe you think running is way to boring, then a teamsport like Football(soccer i mean) or Bbal or whatever is good for you .. there you are also helped by a coach and they would have a program that would get you into shape

So maybe you could tell something about yourself : age, height, weight previous sports you did, if you have a condition that stops you from doing some spots etc (provided you want to ofc)

You are still young then I would really advise joining some sort of team or spotsclub (i didnt and I always regreted it) 

BTW you say you feel more like a sprinter , why ? because you are winded after a short distance ? this doesnt have to be true because endurance is something you will have to train and also  you arent heavy , but your body isnt fully develloped also so thats hard to tell (between 14-21 your muscles will grow explosivly compared to what you have now ) Example I am slim to avarage build I am 8 feet (exactly) and I'm  about 77 kg thats 12.12 stone(stone is a really crappy way to tell weight because its a large unit.. I know i am so continental  :razz:)
anyway i would choose a sport you like and are atleast a bit good at, if you dont like teamsports than atlethics might be for you ..The thing is trying some things out might show you what you are really good at (maybe you are the next marathon or 100 meters tallent) .. its hard to say but at this time you are still at an exelent stage in your development to become really good at something (although the key is FUN Ofc) Ill post some more info about things i Know soon maybe it will help you ..
