VC problem (still not working) more detail included

After trying to reinstall after attempting to get the no-cd patch, I installed MTA and VC again, when I try to join the game in MTA, it gives a message that is blank, then a new one sais that it cant move weapons.mta to weapons.dat, then it said I might have to do it manually (which I don't know how to do.)  After I close MTA, it sais im running a modified version of MTA and to reinstall, which I did and it didnt work.

first the simmple solution, does mta client see vc.exe? try to install mta in same location as vc.... if not we will try something else,  :ps: give more details if it keeps up...
