Just to clarify, what's the difference between a freecop and a cadet?

Are cadets people who have applied for ARPD but haven't passed yet, and so are not officers?

And freecops are just any player that wants to be a cop goes and becomes one?

Sure, there are some bad cops involved but not every single ''Free Cop'' is a bad one.
And why don't you report them or something?

Haha, ''Free cop'' ''Nooby cop'' and ''Cadet'' are the same.
As you can see at the LSPD when your using /duty is says: Cadet/Freecop ( Or something similair )
