Missing pixels, flashy chat (SA-MP)

Hey guys, since a day or two I'm getting a flashy text, and i'm missing pixels in-game.. this happens in SA-MP but also in Cabal Online (another game I play).
Here's a screenshot of it, hope you guys can help me out with this one. It's very annoying..

PIC:

As you can see, everything what is not supposed to be there is circled in red
The black spots in the chat (which flickers at normal gameplay)
The character with holes in his body..
And the Premier with all weird thingy's and weird windows.

First off If you have any mods remove them. Second check the resolution and Frame-Rate in DISPLAY>ADVANCED. Good Luck!

The only mods I have are CLEO mods, like the Ghost Rider thingy but that's only activated when you type: 'Ghost Rider' so I don't think that should be the problem.
But I'll remove them anyways, as you never know..

Thanks for the advice, but the resolution is fine and there is no way how to check the framerate with SA-MP itselfs, but the game runs fine, no sudden FPS drops or anything but just these missing pixels..

EDIT: This doesn't explain why it happens with other games either.. :|

Ehm, I believe I took the latest drivers off the Nvidia website. Something with 178.04 WHQL I believe..
My graphic card is the 7600 GT btw

Well no, I haven't got any older drivers I think.. or the original CD maybe.

Thanks cDa, I removed the 174.04 ones and replaced them with my old 168.58 (or whatever..)
And it works like a charm, the graphics even seem to have improved..
