Virus ? Hmm

Is this a virus ?
Its second time I had it but this time I feel nothing has changed, only it feels BIT BIT slower than usal last time I had it I reformated windows.
I could not upload the picture on photobucket of the reason:
Upload failed for FUCK.JPG with error: A network error caused your upload to fail. Please try your upload again.

That caused it you think ?

Google it, Download it and do a quick scan, when it askes you to restart PC do it, and it should be gone
