Vista-Limewire problem

Hello,i just formated my PC and installed Vista...but i got a problem(i know there are more problems with Vista  )


When i run Limewire..it tells me that i have firewall On...i have turned it off but the same...Can someone help mme please?

Well there are MANY programs there doesnt work at Windows Vista yet... But they are trying to make many program work:)

Since i installed XP SP3, limewire didnt work on my comp either..

just like everything else i have,
i have a illigal version of vista,
i downloaded vista ultimate,
and i have problems with EVERYTHING.
i dont know how to get update 3 or whatever it is =/

I have legal version of Vista Premium and I have problems with: Nothing!
Limewire works perfectly for me (even better than in XP). You just have to open the ports I guess..

the problem with vista and vista compatible hardware (like the Geforce 8800 I have ) is that they are not compatible wit older software its like they expect you to throw away all your favorite games ..if they happen to be older then lets say 5or 6 years .if this goes on you can throw away all your software evey time you upgrade your system i jst found out most of my games in the total war series dont correctly anymore(unit selection doesnt work with my card) vista also has a lot of compatability problems with older software ..typical instead of making the operating system to OPERATE the software the software has to be made for the operating system ..

so what if vista looks better its about operation
