If you want to buy clothes,ask someone ingame to lead you to a Clothes shop,such as Didier Saches,or try to find one.
To get license,you must have passport. If you have it,you need to apply for AVDS in their topic. Click HERE for AVDS Topic

Q: How to buy Clothes?
A: Go to the diffrent stores we got located in LS LV SF to find the clothes that suits you best, when you found a store then /enter at the dollarsign, then when inside do /buyclothes and scroll around with the keyboard arrows and when found one press SPACE, to exit the buy menu press ENTER
