hmmmm, did you say some kind of radio broadcast...? which would mean that people would do it from there own house, wouldn't there be like a second delay per place? like on team speak, it's impossible to time things perfectly, i have a perfect example of when Mike, Alan and I where trying to beatbox and sing at the same time, i would say my words when they where, but it would come threw to the main thing late....so the only way you would be able to play a "live" band on argonath radio is by all meeting up:P sorry guys 0_0. unless you can think of something more clever.
