Real Estate Dealer

[Hype]

Instead of going up to properties and typing /buyplace, you would instead go to a real estate dealer, there would be one for each half of the map:

• For west side, there would be a real estate dealer for Downtown, Prawn Island, Little Haiti, Little Havana, Vice Port, Escobar, Junkyard
• For east side, there would be a real estate dealer for Vice Point, Leaf Links, Washington Beach, Starfish Island, Ocean Beach

Once you're at a real estate dealer, you type /buyplace and a UI containing a tab for each district will appear, listing every buyable unowned property. You would select the property you want, click on a "Buy" button and you would get a card and a confirmation message, and after you confirm your transaction, the place is yours.
