They would have a Goverment in VC:MP so they can decide what happen get taxes from ppl that own land and cars so they can settle the drug spawn debait some time ppl might assasinate the goverment that is when they have bodygaurds the goverment should be the admin and other people that are good but that would have to be a voting for that.Minstries and so on would have more people rping and more like R/L.

i personally dont like the idea of collecting taxes, it will be unfair to new players as Skirmant said.
I niether like the idea of assassinating the govt and taking over, if someone wants to be in the govt. he should prove to be worth it, deserving candidates will be surely selected.

Amen, I don't want to pay more money for taxes on something that costs $400,00. That costs enough, no more charges or service fee's.

Taxes are ok in real life, but in VCMP ArgonathRPG, lets just say there not needed.

Yeah the whole tax thing would be a little hard on new commers. However its not a waste of time it would just be a pain in the butt.
