That processor is not enough to new games.. I suggest you to buy new one.
Like: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz

I had Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 @ 1800MHz (1,8 GHz)
CoD4 FPS is JUST 10 from processor..
So Crysis wouldn't work with that kinda processor.
Maybe you have overclocked?

I think its because it's a DUAL CORE and the two "nucleons" or cores whatever (I dont know how to say in english) have like 1,80 GHz then 1,80 GHz + 1,80 GHz = more than 2,00 GHz which are the minimum Gigahertz to it to run.

Also I don't know if it's overclocked, I dont know how to do that (Maybe my brother does)

Overclocking is simple, though I haven't ever done that. You go into your BIOS (by clicking F2/F12/Delete at your motherboards load screen at startup) and then changing the MHz's higher a little bit each time. And then you just test them for playing and idle, check the temperatures and low if they get too hot.

But if you will set it too high, you can break motherboard.. I support to not changing anything in BIOS if you dont know how to do it...
Also, i overclocked my processor once, and since i broke it, i have not oveclocked my Graphic Card or Processor again..
