Can't Type on MTA!!

Well when I am in-game I type something, it goes, but I don't see it in the chat log, and others don't see my messages either. The chat box works fine out-game but not so well in-game. I cannot even use commands and scripts in-game either! Please respond urgently!! :(

Reinstall MTA.

Dont reinstall..
Go to the options on MTA, and then click "reset game paths". (Click it several times just in case)
Restart MTA:VC.

Click "Start game".
It will ask you to set the game path.
Look for gta-vc.exe file and double-click it.

If MIB's method works, then do that. If not, then reinstall ;)

I had the same problem couple of times and i got off just restarting GTA
