There are several reasons;

Bleeps when your PC turns on can be used to signify errors, for example Memory Fault or another Hardware Failure.

Best way to troubleshoot; unplug all hardware except bare minimum (Leave keyboard plugged in, Monitor, Power Lead)

Unplug Hard Drive inside from Motherboard and PSU, Remove CD Drive(s) from Motherboard and PSU, Remove and Reseat Ram, Remove PSU Cable and connect once more and then boot up see what happens. We know you have a built in Graphics Card, so while it MAY be causing Hardware Compatibility issues, its unlikely to be the single cause of the problem your having.

Make sure your CPU isnt overheating and that your fan is working at all, some motherboards have a protection feature to prevent harm being done when the PC over heats. Your Keyboard stopping working, makes me wonder if either Windows restarted while you were away and didnt detect a keyboard, a possible hardware fault or the motherboard is just broken basically, causing all sorts of issues. With overheating of the CPU, get some more paste for your Fan.

Try inserting your windows XP disc (if you have it) into your CDROM drive and reboot. Make sure your bios is configured to boot from CDROM first. Then boot from the cd and once it says "Windows Setup" with a blue screen, press 'r'. Wait for that to load and you should get a command prompt like screen. This is the recovery console. Type the command "chkdsk /r" without quotes and wait. This may take 30 minutes to an hour. Once its done type exit in the console and your pc will reboot. Hopefully it will boot successfully.
