i downloaded it and it runs fine but i dont exactly how to work it idk maybe its cuz i dont have a mic but i read i dont need to have on ei can listen to people and write to them back i want to know how to get where i can talk to other cops...any help? thanks

if i understand correctly you don't know how to join the teamspeak server?
well first click Connection then choose Quick Connect and the server address is 89.149.196.238:8767 and you should use your ingame nickname for the nickname box and the password is to the server is lotr

Once you get in you can only be in the main chat and you must wait for an admin to allow you to register to the server and once you have registered you can join other channels
