Vista Sidebar not loading

I don't remember when it happened, but a while back my sidebar worked fine, but now it does not load at all and if I try opening the program through the application in program files, still nothing happens. The only thing I notice is that if I try to open it, it momentarily displays as a process on the task manager but then disappears in less then a second.

Fixed.
