Hello Everyone! Im not sure if anyone of you remember me from a year ago, but i am [VL]Shade the former leader of the Vice Lords. Now I will be known as [VL]Yakunzai. I had had to quit a year ago do to school and MTA problems, but now I am back, and I intend to bring forth from the dead, The Vice Lord Mafia. If I remember correctly i have to get use approved so here i will post this for you to look at. I hope to see my old pals  again.

History of the Original Vice Lords

In October of 2007 Katya "Shade" Jo unichi had been working for the ruthless Gangster Tomkin KO of the Japanese Red SamuraiMafia in Tokyo,Japan as the leader of an elite team of Hitman and drug dealers. He and his right hand man DeathNinja Were on a drug deal in Miami,Florida with Mexican gangbangers from Vice City. The Deal had been going well, but Shade and Deaths' leader Tomkin had been watching the deal and suddenly broke out with 10 of his Gang members and shot down all of the their hitman and three of the Mexicans, taking all the loot and escaping unharmed.Shade and Death had been on friendly terms with the Mexicans so the Mexicans offered to start Shade and Death with a brand new start in Vice City. Seeing that they had no other option they accepted. The Mexican leader set up a house for Shade and Death in a small broken down neighborhood in Little Haiti, then left them to start a new life themselves. Still wary from their eventful dealings the duo decided to join the VCPD to earn enough money to start them off with their new life. From the Cadet training the duo quickly rose up in ranks and were offered positions with the VC Secret Service. They quickly accepted knowing full well the endless possibilities they could have. That's when they met Sniper_Proof, an SS agent specialized in assassination. He questioned the duo about their past and reason for being here until they explained their unforgiving event that brought them here .
Once they finished their story Sniper explained to the duo why he was in VC. It was this~ to build an empire of gangsters in VC and take over the city. Mesmerized the duo quickly recruited Sniper to work for them and that day:October 3 2007 the Vice Lords were born. The trio started off by working in small times jobs an earning thiere way up the business district. They realized that this wouldnt be enough to pay all of thier debts and earn money for themselves so they moved to a more promising trade: drugs. The Vice Lords empire grows more...
 After only 1 year of taking over Vice City, Katya "Shade" was assassinated by a rival gang. The original Vice Lords broke up and most eventually joined other gangs. What most People didnt know was that Shade had a son...His name was Yakunzai, and he had a goal: To reastablish the legend and honor of The Vice Lords! His goal has yet to be achieved... ~from the Vice Lord Journals.

Since our skin of choice is the secret service we are a bunch of "legit" businessmen to the publics eye, but underground we are a ruthless band of businessmen that will do anything to get our money!  We will earn our money then take over as many business's as we can. Our goal is to take over Vice City's Economy and then eventually the city. If a rival gang challenges us or invades our turf, we will protect it. We are the Vice Lords! WE DONT BACK DOWN!

Turf that the Vice Lords Claim as thiers

We claim the Skyscraper with the small rectangular area in the middle of it(It is right across of the offices) and the whole block surrounding that building. If someone else has already claimed :rules: it then go ahead and tell me. But till then we stay with that area.    :sig:

Since i dont want to always lead the Vice Lords ( i want some of the other VL to have a chance, thats what i mean) i am holding an in-clan competition EVERY LAST FRIDAY OF THE CURRENT MONTH!! this competition is open to any Vice Lord that is on at the time. It will start at 6:00 sharp. if you arnt on at the time, i am truly sorry for your loss, I WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANYBODY, NO EXCEPTIONS.!! No offense on anybody but almost all people in VC:MTA are big hotheads now. back a year ago people wer cool. i dont mean to flame anybody, im just saying i wish times wouldnt change so fast. i might quit VC again 2 if i cant find members for the Vice Lords.

Lemme say something which may hit ya a lil hard mate...if you leave, you lose out on a nice community. People will forget you, no matter who you are or how nice u been, thats a fact. Tbh i dont think ppl are hot headed. Some clans may have many ppl. If you want quality rpers, you need to lead by example, be on server and show them that ur clan is worth it. If Sforza or TeaM is big today its cuz their leaders have worked very hard for it. . So if you wanna be successful with your clan, you gotta work too.

i understand your sincerity and thanks for looking out for a bro. ill think about what you've said. *thinks* k if i dont manage to pull off a miracle and recruit at least 3 more ppl for the VL in a week. then i will quit MTA:VC, but ill probly stay in the forums this time around. so if u wana put it in a strange way, ill be actively inactive. lol oh btw i managed to torrent myself a san andreas too so ill probly start playing that soon.
