ZD Soft. Google it, great program, great quality. I have used it for a number of school presentations.

Well, I have tried theese programs. But example: You download a movie (AVI File) and want some clips from it, by recording... So try to record from a AVI files, and if its possible with the program you use, then post it, and post the options of it :D
