Problem With A Mod

Hello, well, im am trying to install a cop car mod, for san andreas, im using img tool

so, i download the mod, open up gta3.img with img tool

replace the original files with the new txd. and dff. files, then rebuild archive

i go into singleplayer, and the cop car is still the same, any ideas?

Download SAMI and install it with that program, much easier.
