then click on extra or tools - Emoticons - and than add or make emoticon..
it's very easy from there  :D

Save the images you want to you desktop
then open a msn convo and click the emoticon button then open up "Show All..."
then click "Create"
search for your image with "browse"
then make a keyboard shortcut and the name for it (optional)
Click "Ok"
then Wallah You can send those emoticons :)
