MTA:SA Problem

I downloaded the MTA SA DM version, but when I play the games goes fucking fast, like 3x faster than normal FPS, I cant do like anything cause its so fast, any help??

Answer from [R*]Ghost - - -

1. Run GTA SP/MP/MTA
2. ALT+TAB out of game then open Task Manager (If you don't know how, CTRL+ALT+DEL for XP or CTR+SHIFT+ESC for VISTA)
3. Go to the Processes tab
4. Look for gta_sa.exe or gta-vc.exe (San Andreas or Vice City), right click on it then click on Set Affinity...
5. Untick all boxes except CPU 0 then press OK
6. Exit Task Manager
7. Get back in game and see if the speed is back to normal

When I press Set affinity it says Acces Denied o_O I am running it and I am system administrator

Solved - Q: MTA runs really quickly on an Athlon X2 dual core CPU
A: Apply the AMD Athlonâ„¢ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor Driver for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 patch from AMD's site
