Pages don't load fully

Okay so this has been going on for a few days now and its getting pretty damn annoying. Most of the time every page I go to won't load all the way, so I have to keep refreshing until it does. I use mozilla firefox, however it does the same to all other browsers. I did a spyware scan, ccleaner scan, cleared cache, and nothing helped. Please help, this is really getting annoying.

Try to delete all history (not only the cache)
And delete all spyware / antivirus tools and replace with one multifunctional one.
