Green-eye For example In 1.2 you will have to really pay for guns and a lot of money for it so the point is that As u buy the gun some one kills you you take it to court and if they do not comply they would get ban for ex of hours day or perm IMO that is how it should work

Actually no... if someone kills you when you bought a Gun you can't take them to Court since you Died.  Court is Roleplay aswell, if we do get a Court Board Judges etc will be assigned and rules made up on how to Make a Case, Submit Evidence etc etc.
