Cops Abusing & NON-RPers & My account haxed

My account:
I joined and it said i needed to register, i ask admins and they say my name was changed i lost my passport and my cash.

Situation 1:
I was doing a hostage situation when i said:

* GamerDude holds gun up at [plyname]'s head

/s if you do anything stupid, ill kill him!
/s 10k, or he dies!

then some1 blew up my car. I escaped with the hostage. I held gun up at head again and then i was killed. i said /me killed [plyname] like twice

Situation 2:
I got a van and i did:
/s Car is loaded with 2ton TNT, if i die, it will detonate.

then some1 blew it up, (he was watching my warnings), he didnt get warned or anything for non-rp

Situation 3:
I was fill up my car at GS9 when a cop pulled me over, they say "You were blocking the road" when i was refueling. I evaded them. 5mins later, i was hunted down while in the docks (they must have used /area to track me) and they suspect me for evading. They couldnt even see my character so they dont know im there. I got tempban for using /area before. Then i was standing there with 3cops attacking me (i was standing still) and i said 'stop' but they didnt. No admins helped me. I was told that if the suspect is out of sight for 1min, they are classified as 'lost'. I wasnt even suspected, so why did they hunt me down?

Because of this, i now have -700 cash. I think there should be a few well-advertised rules placed, such as: 1 min not in sight by cop without suspect = lost / NON-RPers get kicked

3rd one: You probably got tempbanned for tracking admins. And really, Argonath allows Meta-,powaaah-, etc-gaming so don't please cry about it.

You can't just write /me killed [Bla bla]. Well you can, but it's not appreciated.
I doubt an admin temp-banned you for using /area.
Feel people can't rolplay? Take time to teach them.

About your account, if you have changed your name recently I suggest you PM a developer to help you. Make sure to give them the information they need, such as your old name before you changed it and what you wanted to change it to.

1. If you want RP , dont roleplay a hostage situation. You dont get money from it as the law force will try to shot you down.

These are both terrible ideas. Nonetheless, they should be in SA:MP Ideas, not here.
There is no such thing as Non-RP. Learn that.

You killed the hostage, so what the hell do you think will be the reaction of the police?

Should we warn you for ridiculous rp? There are no such rules with regard to non-rp.

There is no such rule and what they did was entirely allowed as far as rules are concerned. If you want the cops to stop attacking you, you don't say stop, you type /gu.

Since when did Non-Roleplay become a crime? In my opinion, people who complain others can't roleplay, or others are Non-Roleplaying, don't know much about roleplay them selfs, and one more thing, you can't force roleplay.
