There are a few exceptions, such as cop cars, ambulances, taxis and firetrucks etc..

I think the topic has gone over board and it took far too long for the question to be answered, now that it is, the topic should be locked.

If you feel you were abused Hirchine, you just send an email to the community email, I don't see the need to make a whole topic over it.

The tempban was not aimed towards the boat as much as it was your attitude in chat. It was, as some might say, "the final straw" to disrespect Giac purely because he was a level 1 at the time.
