I don't see the problem with it, it's just a mod. It's not like you can buy GTA:SA Lowspec Edition.
Well, its not a problem, but since its an exe, its illegal modification

I tryed it, still didn't help my random FPS lag.

Set Draw Distance to 0, Visual FX to LOW, Anti-Aliasing OFF and set Brightness down to enough so you can still see stuff.  If your PC is decent and you can run SA Perfect, there's no need to use this except if you don't want to keep inserting your SA Disk.

You know Rusty, sharing application or game exes is illegal/warez, and this forum doesnt allow warez so you should delete it.

Not really in the Downloads section on the Portal before we got a new Layout there was a few NOCD Cracks for VC & SA.  So i don't see any problem posting something that HELPS people reduce lag by that tiny bit.

REPLICA.

Huh? I didn't think adjusting the brightness would have much (if any) of an effect on the performance. :trust:

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm 98% certain that it'll have barely any effect on the performance. :D

Another thing that may help is setting the gta_sa.exe priority on task manager to a higher rank. On my old computer, I raised it from Normal to Realtime and it boosted the fps by around 33% (I had that figure accuractly calculated as I had fraps running and made a comparison via calculation). However, depending on your computer configuration, it may have a noticeably negative effect on some other processes if you set it too high.
