Game Crashes when vehicles blow up

Any ideas? I can't seem to fix the problem. Every time a vehicle blows up... I crash so it is nearly impossible to catch a criminal. :cop:

Canging the game to low settings seems to delay the crashing by about 5 seconds but does not solve the problem :(.

If you have any mods, remove them, if not reinstall GTA SA  :neutral:

What's exactly happen before crashed?

The sound repeat and game freeze
Jump to desktop
Game freeze
Graphic lag then crash
or???

I have solved it. Graphics are now set to low and I can't remember what else I did. All of my drivers are all up to date so that has nothing to do with it.
