- The one to sell an object, is obliged to sell to the first one who uses the 'reserve price'.

It's already there and the only difference I see with yours is that you're stating that it's for the first person, but that's obvious, otherwise it defies the purpose of if it being a reserve price.

- If you put an object for auction, you are obliged to sell if it reaches the 'reserve price'.

Furthermore, if you're referring to your court case, the issue was regard to your second suggestion, which I don't see a problem with adding (though the wording could be improved).

And please also add:

- Only bids on the forum count. [size=8pt](MSN or ingame don't [b]NOT[/b] count as proof for a courtcase.)[/size] Either the seller or the buyer should tell the bid in the auction topic.
