Try reinstalling samp by downloading a new instal (fresh)
otherwise do you use mods?
if so , try reinstalling gta san andreas

If you got mod's then unistall them, if you dont then try : My Documents/GTA San andreas user files/  And remove the GTA.Set, GTA.Set is all of your options that you have changed in GTA SA, you can put it back later if you have started the game once

I'm gonna try your way, and im not using mods.

You might be using the wrong version of SA:MP, or something? Probably not the reason..

Try connecting a few times more, reboot your PC, modem/router, etc. I think it happened to me once too..

I try to connect few times more, AND im not gonna REBOOT my pc

Weird, BUT its only just Mobstar account. When i paly on other (checked today) i didnt found one.
I can start on other account, but i just want my money, weapons and house back.
Thats all i ask
