They had everything, on a day the ARPD came and told the family's they had to shut down the whole operation, They boys were so sad about it, 20 years later in Las Venturas they meeted each other in the 4 Dragons casino. they decided to make an clan and take revenge to the ARPD for shutting down their farm. When the clan was maked. much people would join it, the war started. the ARPD against The clan. Arbuz and welow decided to call the clan The black rain clan. later when the war ends they saw a SELL board at the farm. they directly did go to the LV Cityhall and buyed it. the boys called it the [BRC] H.Q. This whole story was from 1980 until 2009. The hq is close near the town Blueberry. No picture. its secret.

The following ranks are.
Consligiere.
This is the highest rank you can gain as member. The clan is respecting you and you are almost same as the Moderator and admin of the clan,
Captain
You tell the members what to do. You are highly respected if you do you job good
Commander
You rule the Delta and Bravo squads. if there is an BREAK-IN mission you can ask to admin if you can lead the mission, (more info about this is on site)
The Middlier
You just join the clan for 3/5 days. You are getting respected.
The Newbie
You just joined the clan. you wont be much respected. but its getting better. if you want to become favor by a commandor or higher. You will need to Tough and strong
