Police Barricades

In GTA:VC, the police commonly use barricades to stop suspects during police chases and crime scenes. They use mainly spike trails/grips that are deployed onto the road. I think I have seen them use boards as well, but might have been an animation. It would be really beneficial for the police if we could have a command to use them. They can be quite good for traffic stops and roadblocks. The boards could be used to mark area perimeters like a fence for big ceremonies and events.

Of course, they should be restricted for police use and to prevent them being abused, maybe make it so that it is only accessible to ARPD members or even certain ARPD ranks.
A time duration could be put on them so they don't obstruct or block up areas.

It is a good idea.
but it is only possible in 0.4 or higher because spikes strips are objects, and object adding is not possible in 0.3z.
Ofcourse with object adding a lot of awesome things can be done.

For later versions:
Ill say....players should be able to carry only a single spike strip and they will have to !restock to get another if they run out of it.

Yea, that was my worry. Scripting is great, but the animations always stump us so that we can't always use what need. Thanks for the info.
