are all SA:MP servers down?! or is it just me?

today ive tried to open up SA:MP and it says "retriveing list from master server" then i wait for like 2 minuts and no servers show up. and i also restarted my computer, redownloaded SA:MP and nothing! so is it just my computer, or is SA:MP down? (plz respond fast) :(

That are not servers down, that is master list is down...
