I thought something about Jailing to avoid Money Hacking.

When You Jailed Someone, You can Jail Another again after 10 secs or 15 secs.. rather than seeing someone Flaming The Whole Chatbox, Don't You Think  :) ?

In Suspecting, same as above... maybe 5 secs

Money Cheaters are usually when there arent admins online, so the time between each jailing doesnt matter i believe.

5 seconds? It takes that amount of time to type out a suspect.
15 seconds or so will not make a difference. Most if not all money cheaters are caught in the act.
