No. If you want to carry ridiculous amounts of weapons its your own fault.

Admins would be in troulbe if they allowed it outside special events.

I think it's weird you were confused about this issue. Before a DD starts, it's pretty obvious every one should have a full carhp. Other than that, how the hell is not abuse. I must admit, I've abused it myself once. Some newbie decided to run his car over me and keep his car on my skin. I had about 20k value of weapons on me when that was about nearly all I had, living in a hotel n stuff.
