So, apparently I have another bloody virus. I was playing CS1.6, then my computer restarted. When it turned back on, my desktop was ALL white - it didn't even have the little bar on the bottom! It did, however, had my 'Documents' folder open, maximized. I am able to browse through my folders, but I can only run very few items. Firefox does not work, however Internet Explorer does. I apparently have this "rogue", as people call it, named as an antivirus automatically installed after the computer restart. According to google, I'm suppose to delete it by following multiple steps, however, my computer fails to run 1 of the most important tools involved: registry editor. Any ideas? I don't want to put it back in the shop again...
:ps: I had a similar problem like this before, but that time, I had a weird message on my desktop, but my icons were visible. I also forgotten to mention that I did try running my computer on safe mode. When I run it on safe mode, my desktop has the black screen with the words "Safe Mode" on the corners as it should, but I still do not have the task bar and the documents folder is visible.
