Help, i cant connect to the server!

Hi. My problem is that i cant connect to the Argonath server. This problem has started since yesterday. I turned on SA-MP -----------> Argonath RPG and  the program told me :
"Samp 0.2x iniciated"
"Connecting to the server 89.149.251.147:7777"
"The server didnt respond" :sig:
 Ok, now i have been watch for solutions .
 I install SAMP 0.3a
 But the problem dont dissapear  
 I will give you some info:
 Im from argentina, the server is from Germany, right? So my ping is of 250 to 300
 I have a connection of 100MBps
 Here, rumors are circulating that the SA MP creator, a men call "Keyman" have a problem and perm-banned all Latin America, but we dont know.
 Please, if someone can help me, or tell me something about this problem, i would be so gratefull!
 Maybe some Brazilians people that i know who play in argonath can help me. So thank you very much  
 I want to play in Argonath again!

Man, I am brazilian and I'm also having this issue, I can play paruni and other servers just fine, but I fail to connect to Argo. Help is appreciated, and good luck for us, mate.

Oh, and by the way, those rumors are nonsense, because I do have brazilian friends that play on the server normally.
