Internet / Adversinment Site's Problem.

Im F*cking sick of this Sites

Always if i gonna search something on google or going to site every time there comes an adversing site like WIN HERE 900000$  Dollar like that bullshit etc..

How can i fix that?

and by Google if you click on GO you see all sites Hyperlinks if i click on it it will not open only if i copy the name of site and paste it in and new Page

Who can help me with this
