Okay, For the past week i am really shocked, First of all i play SA on an intergrated chip. which is very laggy, but usually when i am on Sports cars i can outpace people + lose cops but during this week, i have been getting suspected whilst im on cheetah and STILL, i get caught by some cheap chunky police car that can go max 160kmph i dont understand. Is this problem from my internet ping OR intergrated chip?
i even got chased by a newbie on a tractor whilst i was on a bullet. he attempted to hijack me. but failed :(

Well, I always get caught due to my crappy connection. But, I do believe cop cars are quite fast, aswell.

There Premiers Handling and speed just diff Texture
Same with Limo and taxi

However if your Cheetah has a Mod on it, it will make you seem slower to other players, even though it appears that your faster, keep this in mind, because a mod causes lag, it may no edit the Handling lines, but will make you seem slower to other players.

For Example, Player with a mod on there cheetah VS player with no mods at all
Winner = No Mods

Yes as Alsatian said, cop cars are very challenge-able though most people think they are crap, the truth is, that they are very competing.

There might be an combination of your connection and possibly minior bugs that can cause it, but the developers are working on the server side for us to make it more stable :)

Maybe because of the fpslimit, I had a cop who was chasing me with his PD Cruiser and I had infernus... and he actully went faster* than infernus , No lie.

In that file you can see the maximum speed of each car present in the game

Buffalo: 200km/h
Sentinel: 165km/h
Infernus: 240km/h
Cheetah: 230km/h
Premier: 200km/h
Banshee: 200km/h
Turismo: 240km/h
Hotring: 240km/h
Comet: 200km/h
Bullet: 230km/h
Sultan: 200km/h
Police Car SF/LS/LV: 200km/h (just like Premier..)
Phoenix: 200km/h
