Why has the knife/bat/gun spawns in interiors gone!?

I feel ripped off that my interior no longer contains that bat and knife spawns that it had before 0.3
...

you can buy them from the amunition anytime  :) and they are cheap also ....   
  I think SAMP 0.3 is the problem here .... weapons do not spawn in int anymore

Dont complain about a weapon spawn gone, Just buy one im sure you can spair less than 1k to enter ammunation and buy a knife or bat?
