CLEO fix tire mod

Im guessing this isnt allowed but, when you have a flat, you can pull off the road, grab a tire out of the trunk, and replace the flat one. I think if would be cool if we could actually script something like this, like its 300$ for a spare tire, etc... just throwin it out there.
