The Story
Italian police rummage around fifty homes in the southern village of San Luca and set up road blocks around the Calabria region. The killings are unquestionably a vendetta for the murder last 25 December of the wife of the head of one of the rival 'Servunt families.

Several arrests were made this week to end the turf war between families of the 'Servunt (loyalty), as the mafia in Calabria is known. Last years in October 18 06 the Police claims legally responsible on to the 'Servunt for the murder of a Calabrian opposition politician, Francesco Fortugno.

Italian officials have said the 'Servunt has become the most dominant and dangerous criminal organisation in Italy - stronger even than the more well-known Sicilian Cosa Nostra or the Neapolitan Camorra. Decades of emigration from Calabria, a traditionally poor region of Italy, have allowed the 'Servunt to set up outposts in the Americas and Australia. The connection with South America has made the group a major player in the international cocaine trade.

The charged Mafia gangsters were wanted for 40 murders committed during a war between rival mafia clans, in one case a child was tortured to reveal secrets about his family, and then killed. Another murder was committed in 1985 killing of Sergio Cosmai, the director of a prison in Calabria who tried to break up the power of the Mafia gangs in his jail.

Duties-Privileges by rank
Headquarter: they can do anything concerning the clan: recruiting members, kick members, promoting and downgrading members, accepting and denying. With one word anything.

Main gangsta: they can recruit members, accept, deny and organize clan wars, and promote members. But they need to consult the founders before kicking or promoting a member. In one word anything since they have the founders approval and trust.

Street gangster: they can recruit trial members

Street fighter: Street fighters(Member) are the base of the clan. They’re the one’s that give their help for the clan. They’re very important and they are always welcome to say their opinion, and ideas to founders/leaders.
