Questions from a Beginner

Okay, just to start, I already looked up the Guigeline and a lot more but I didn't find anything about the following Points (If there is already a Thread I am REALLY sorry):
- Passport :rules:// a lot of People talk of it. What is it? Where do I get it?
- License  :ps:// Okay, I know I need the Passport and I have to go to the AVDS (or something like that)
- Jobs/Money  :money:// I played 2 Days and I only earned 1000 InGame Money...how can I get more? Someone wrote he makes 82K in one Hour...I don't get any Money except for PayDay or Drug Dealing (went to Jail 2 Times for that)
- Cars/Buildings  :wow:// How do I get them? How much do they cost?
- Weed Farm  // Where am I able to grow Weed, is there only one Place?
- Weapons  :m4:// When I buy them and after that I die, are they gone? I won't waste Money on Weapons if they just disappear after I die...

- any other Important stuff a Newcomer needs to know? Or maybe some Advice / Tip from an "Oldie"?

A passport is something that shows you are an Argonath citizen here. You can obtain one by looking out ingame when you see an announcement such as "City Hall is opened for passport tests, contact [name here]", with it you have the ability to purchase a house.

Yes, the main driving school is the AVDS, Argonath Veterans Driving School. A license provides you the ability to purchase a vehicle (NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED A LICENSE TO DRIVE A CAR. COPS CANNOT SUSPECT YOU FOR NOT HAVING A LICENSE.)

Money - Be creative. If you are really looking to make money be creative and think of your own job and roleplay it using /me. Example /ad Carwashes at GS9 costs $25 per wash will make you some money, robbing people (the RIGHT people if you are trying to make money, try admins. ) or of course you can just work as the scripted jobs, in /jobhelp which include police, paramedic, driver, etc.

Cars you can get by purchasing (/buycar) at their right dealership as long as you have a license. /purchaseinfo while inside one to see it's information.
Buildings such as businesses and homes you can purchase by having a passport. Contact a level 4 + admin to "set" you a home where you would like, as long as it's suitable and you know an interior ID for it you can have a new house set.
Businesses cost a lot of money, but if you purchase one you can set it's entry fee (fee that a player pays that goes to you when they /enter) from 1-2000. Businesses consist of cloth shops, food shops, gun shops, etc.

Weed Farm - You can grow weed in a variety of different places, which are all on the weed fields. There's a bunch of different weed fields throughout the state of Argonath, look for a plant. The field that is in Flint County near the gas station up the hill is one of them. To grow weed type /growweed to pick up the plant. Note it is ILLEGAL to grow weed and you can be suspected and taken to jail if you do so! To sell it you must roleplay with another person, they will give you money and it will appear green on your screen "[so and so] has sent you [amount]" then you use /give weed [id] [amount]. Note that is also illegal and you can be suspected for it.

Weapons - You can buy weapons but, yes, you will loose them all if you die. If you purchase a house you have the ability to store your bought weapons in the house.

Yes - Be friendly, kind, make sure you follow the rules and if you see someone who seems to be breaking them use /report [id] [reason] to report them to online admins who can help you. Another thing would be to check around the forums to get a general gist of things (how things work).

Either go here to apply for it, or go to City Hall next to LSPD in-game when it's open for passport tests.

Yeah as you know, you got to have passport to get driver license so you can buy a vehicle. After you got your passport, you can apply here for it. Then you have to pass 2 lessons and an exam, and you will get your driving license.

There is several scripted jobs. You can go inside a police department locker room and do /duty to go on duty as a cop. You can be a medic, by going inside a hospital, and do /duty (I think, I'm not sure). You can be a hooker, go inside of a strip club and do /hooker. You can be a cab driver, go to Unity Station and do /driver.

Also, you can RP whatever job you want using /me and /em. Most people nowadays get their money by events, kidnapping, paydays, and getting money from friends..

You can see most of the car prices here. I don't think it's all, because there have been more vehicles added after the list was made.

There's a few weed fields, I only know about 4 of them. Maybe I can post pictures of them later. First what you have to do is to go to a 24/7 store and type /buy seed. Then you can grow weed with those seeds. There's usually small flowers at the field, so you can /growweed there, then when a plant shows up, use /harvestweed.

The most common weed field is right outside of Los Santos. In Flint County, on the way to SF. You often see people standing there (waiting for the weed to grow) when you drive by.

They are gone if you die, yeah. If you really need to have guns, a tip is to buy cheap guns and not very much ammo of it. Guns are needed in RP from time to time, depends on what you're RPing.

OKay, to fulfill you rights to bercome an Argonath citizen, you need to play at least 7 days, time to make some new friends, to know about argonath, to know about how to play it...
There are passport test opened at City hall from time to time, dont worry, its usually announced, they will ask you some question about The Community and the scripts (Things like commands, etc...)

OKay, so to own a vehicle, you need a driving license, so when pulled over by cops, you got your papers
In AVDS, they will teach you some Traffic rules/laws, if you fail to follow, you will fined and sometimes snatched from your license. So later on, youll have to go for a test, if you pass, you get your license.

OKay, for money there is:
- Roleplay Jobs, Ex: Drug/Weapon Dealer, Bartender, Strip Dancer, Bodyguard, Security Guard, Icecream seller...
- Scripted Jobs: Cop, Driver, Medic
- Events: Races, Destruction Derby....
- Lotto: Sometimes prizes go to 1 Million, Its Random and Date/Time isnt presized.
- If you own a bizz, For example a clothes shop, you can make a fee up to 2k, whenever someone enters to get some fancy clothes he throws in the fee, thats your gain.
- Best thing: Business, Buying things for a A price, Selling them for an Ax2, things like houses, Cars, businesses.

You can own a vehicle, of course if its status is " None ", then you could simply /buycar at the Dealer of the car, remember there are different dealers, every one is selling some cars, to check out, do /carlist at a dealer. to know info about a car you're currently driving, you can simply do /purchaseinfo

You can grow weed at a Weedfield, there are about 6 Weedfields, i know 5, when at, you do /growweed after you buy some seeds from a 24/7 Shop, you planted one, you wait some time, then a green plante shows up, you /harvestweed to take it, it has a random number (10-19 Weed) in one plante, after last planting, you need to waste some minutes while the field gets retabled back. I suggest you to try other fields after your last planting at the current one.

Yes, your weapons are gone, once you die. You are also able to store your weapons inside your house, Hotel room. command: /store weapon1,2... and /load weapon1,2...

My best Advise is to behave, Respect everyone, Follow the rules and ask me for help whenever you need any

OK...I'm surpised you all left my driving school completely out. Anyway, if you want to wait for a long period of time and ask me later if you can switch to my school which I will reply with a no, go with AVDS. If you want to do the course at a driving school that always has people online that offer their assistance, go with my school.

The best tip I can give you is not to spend any money untill you received your passport. Get a skin and that's it. Role play something with no violence, so you don't have to spend money on guns and getting jailed or killed. That way you have something to start with when you can start storing things.

Go to SAMP Groups section, make sure you read some stickies, you can find available groups on the Index List (Stickied), after you choose a group, make sure you read the topic carefully, know something about that group, every group has an application form, fill it up in a post, you application will be reviewed by the leaders. Clans usually have Forums, Recruitement/applications can be found at the Specific section in each Clan's forum.

Corleone, Gvardia, Stracci, etc, are mafias / rp groups.  They have organized crime, such as mass drugs deals, kidnappings, and such.

AV, WS, and such are clans. Clans aren't specifically organized crime groups. They are basically 'argonath gaming clans' is how I call it. Their members can do crimes, or be police on argonath. It's whatever the member wants to be.

Whilst income may be low at the intial stage, building a customer portfolio will allow you to generate sustainable cash flow and perhaps a route towards financial independence.
