"Join hands and breathe life into Vice City"
Story
Jennings & Rall was formed in late 2009, after seeing Vice City suffering its worst Depression in history.
The previous Government collapsed and its Continuity of Government plan, Operation: Jericho, has remained in effect, due to severe drops in Tourism and thus crashed the Economy. Crimes skyrocketed by more than 200%, many of its citizens packed up and left for San Andreas. Many government officials fled after attempting to save Vice City. The streets are left unpatrolled by the now-vacant Vice City Police Department. The once beautiful tourist destination, is now a ghost town.
But there is several people who just won't let Vice City see the end of it. After observing a successful business empire in San Andreas, they're determined to restore Vice City to its former glory. Jennings & Rall will oversee the Reconstruction of Vice City with government changes, creating jobs to repair its infrastucture, and promoting the known popular tourist destinations with famous events.
The road to glory will be bumpy, and we'll need every hand. It's time we return to Vice City.
Reconstruction of Vice City
Jennings & Rall will organize and provide construction jobs to the unemployed, to repair Vice City's infrastructure. Many of the major streets and various important buildings has not been regularly inspected/ repaired since the collapse, so Jennings & Rall will coordinate efforts to restore Vice City's image.

Reconstruction of the Vice City State Government
Due to the abandonment of Vice City Police Department and most government officials has fled. Operation: Jericho has remained in effect. We are seeking experienced citizens, perferably those who has worked with VCPD prior to the collaspe, to help train the next generation officers to patrol the streets. After there is sufficent law enforcement, Jennings & Rall will push Operation: Jericho back to code green. Here is our list of Pre-Collaspe Government system.
