my house/money gone?

hey iam dane_koltsovT,

 a week ago i couldnt found my house, i asked admins if they no where it is but they dont know it.
today i searched whole LS ( becouse i know its in mullholland) but agian no house....
then i ask admin's agian if i can lose my house by something
i wasnt on for like 4 months so i thought thats reason why... so they admin said that a house will be sold if u dont
login for 3 month's so i accepted that but the realy problem is the house was worth like 75k(normal prize mulhollands houses?) 
and i asked do i get my money back he said ''no'' and i just can't accept the fact i lost 75k due inactivity.
so im just going to ask it nicely: 'is there a way to get my money back'

if people here dont bevlieve me ask kevin_koltstov he is my brother INRL he gave me like 100k cuzz he won the argo million lottery
more people know him i believe

and i liked the house i think i found it but stracci bought it
and i dont have money left and first payday ive seen was 1$
its gonna take very long and i dont like the rule that u lose car/bizz/house after 3 months
but cant change it...

im not sure about that look i bought the house when i had 100k maby 10k more but i recieven 100k from my brother (kevin_koltsov)
and when i logged in i know for sure i had a home cuzz i only had 45k left so i was looking for it i know it was in mullholland
it wasnt there then the story started like u read above....
if u dont believe ask my brother i knows it to we live in the same house IRL

It appears that there is a mix up regarding value and the price paid to an owner of the house to persuade him to sell it. I will try to elaborate.
Did you buy the house from another player? If so, did you pay him anything extra besides the price of the house so that he would sell it to you?
If you bought the house from another player and you paid him something extra to sell it, that amount you paid him will not be refunded. However the price of the house("Value") will be refunded.

A question... (sorry for using your post dave, but I think it might fits here)
If we buy a house from another player, then we own the house, few days later, an admin remove our house, because it was location for a state building, do we get refunded? not the value, but the price for the ownership?

If I may -

No, you will not be refunded at all. Simple reason - the price over and above the value is simply notional. It is not definite. It is a subject matter of perception, an opinion formed between players, which, of course, the Government is not responsible for. The finite or definite value is the house value(decided by the Argonath Government) as stated when you stand in the marker. That price, and that alone, will be refunded.

ow i bought it when it  was for sale so not from a player
